‘StarCraft’ Jumps From The Virtual Screen To The Tabletop
Blizzard Entertainment, with Archon Studios, is bringing the world of StarCraft to the tabletop with the StarCraft: Tabletop Miniatures Game.
In the StarCraft: Tabletop Miniatures Game, players will step into the command role in one of three powerful factions - the adaptive Terrans, led by rebel Jim Raynor; the endless Zerg swarm, helmed by Kerrigan - the Queen of Blades; or the fearless Protoss, with Artemis leading the way into battle. The game promises to bring the rich, fast paced tactical battles of the video game to life on the tabletop with the game’s high-quality miniatures, deep army customization, and rich gameplay.
There are currently multiple tiers of the game and various faction expansions available for preorder via the game’s official webstore. For players interested in just trying the game out, the StarCraft Two-Player Starter Set: Founders Edition has everything to pass the “Christmas Morning” test:

Preorders are live for the previously mentioned starter sets and dozens of other sets as Blizzard and Archon seem to be hitting the market hard from the gate with this game.
