Power Rangers Heading To HeroClix

WizKids have announced a future collaboration with featuring the Mighty Morphin Power Rangers.

Announced at the recent Alliance Open House, tabletop publisher WizKids announced that they will be bring the Mighty Morphin Power Rangers to game stores for their popular HeroClix game. First published in 2002, HeroClix began with characters from Marvel Comics and DC Comics. Over the twenty plus years of publication, the game has introduced a wide variety of characters including Beetlejuice, King Kong, and Thundercats.

Given the extensive history and backlog of characters in the Power Rangers IP, there shouldn’t be a shortage of characters for the regular-sized figures and Megazords and monsters for their colossal-sized figures. It will be rather fun to bring the Power Rangers against the likes of the Avengers or the Justice League.

We’ll be following the release closely as they come out in the future.
